Thanks for shopping at DAVIDUNION. We want to make sure you have a rewarding experience while you’re evaluating and purchasing our products. As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at DAVIDUNION. The main thing to remember is that by placing an order or making a purchase at DAVIDUNION, you agree to the terms set below along with DAVIDUNION’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

Pricing and Price Reductions/Corrections

DAVIDUNION reserves the right to change prices for products displayed on the website at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur.

Prices shown are in U.S. dollars. If you are paying for your order with an international Visa, MasterCard, or American Express credit card, please note that the purchase price may fluctuate with exchange rates. In addition, your bank or credit card issuer may also charge you foreign conversion charges and fees, which may also increase the overall cost of your purchase. Please contact your bank or credit card issuer regarding these fees.

Order Acceptance/Confirmation

DAVIDUNION may, in its sole discretion, refuse or cancel any order and limit order quantity. DAVIDUNION may also require additional qualifying information prior to accepting or processing any order. Once we receive your Online order, we’ll provide you with an email order confirmation. Your receipt of an order confirmation, however, does not signify DAVIDUNION’s acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell; we are simply confirming that we received your order. DAVIDUNION reserves the right at any time after receiving your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. If DAVIDUNION cancels an order after you have already been billed, DAVIDUNION will refund the billed amount.

Standard Return Policy

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging within 10 days of receiving. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Return freight is at the customer’s expense for change of mind returns or exchanges.

Not what you Ordered or Damaged in Transit

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please let us know within 10 days of receiving so we can organize an exchange or refund. For items damaged in transit a picture of the packaging will be required.


DAVIDUNION warrants to the original purchaser only, that all DAVIDUNION power tools will be free from defects in material or workmanship for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase. These warranties do not apply to DAVIDUNION Accessories or where:

  • Components that are subject to wear caused by use or other natural wear and defects on the tool caused by use or other natural wear.
  • Defects on the tool caused by non-compliance with the operating instructions, improper use, abnormal environmental conditions, inappropriate operating conditions, overload or insufficient servicing or maintenance.
  • Defects caused by using accessories, components or spare parts other than original DAVIDUNION parts.
  • Tools to which changes or additions have been made.
  • Slight deviations from the specified quality that do not affect the value and functionality of the tool.

In the event of a failure of a product to conform to this written warranty, please contact us via with a statement about the nature of the problem and a copy of your dated proof of purchase. (please keep copy for yourself)

In no event shall DAVIDUNION be liable for (I) Any indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential damages arising from the sale or use of the products sold under these warranties, or (II) Any amount in excess of the amount actually paid to DAVIDUNION for the products sold hereunder. This limitation applies both during and after the terms of the warranty.

DAVIDUNION disclaims liability for any implied warranties, including implied warranties of MERCHANTABILITY and FITNESS FOR A SPECIFIC PURPOSE after the expiration of any express warranty.

Refund or Exchange

If you have any trouble with your purchases and suspect it could be a warranty issue. Please contact us via before sending the items back to avoid any confusion and unnecessary costs. We will try and resolve any concerns you have as soon as possible.

On assessment if the product is deemed as having a major failure, the customer can decide whether they would like an exchange, repair or refund. Postage costs will be at the returner’s expense.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
